No bells, no whistles, just facts
A quaint inn with a friendly, owner who excels in hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with high-quality bedding. Shared kitchen facilities are well-equipped. Proximity to the river and town offers lovely walks. A fantastic pizza is a must-try. Parking available, though road noise can disrupt sleep.

Clean and warm accommodation in a central location.
My experience at Bannockburn Inn was far from pleasant. The parking situation was daunting since we had to cross a busy road with our luggage, making it very inconvenient. noise from trucks in the early morning disrupted our sleep, and it left us feeling quite restless throughout our stay.

Just a fine choice for a short break in Helmsdale with good value for cost. The steep metal stairs were tricky, but the overall experience was okay for the price. Be cautious of the road when parking across the street.
